GIFT CARD

Use of Gift Card: The gift card can be redeemed for service at Brazilian Glow.
Limitations: The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
Expiration: The gift card does not expire.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: The gift card won’t be replaced if lost or stolen.
Liability: The gift card owner is solely responsible for the use and security of the card.
Availability: Gift cards are available online and in-store.

APPOINTMENT  CANCELATION 

At Brazilian Glow, your appointment is very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled due to an emergency or obligations. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing other clients from booking, and we respectfully ask you to call in advance so we can fill your spot with another client. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 35% of your service price, which must be paid before you try to rebook the appointment. We will waive the fee if we can fill your spot with another client. After applying the second fee, you can no longer schedule a time at Brazilian Glow.

NO SHOW

If you are a no-show for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 35% of the booked service price if you want to rebook.

PAYMENT

We recently implemented a 3.9% card processing fee on credit/debit charges. If you want to avoid the processing fee, keep in mind that we also accept payments using Zelle, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo, or cash.
